Each farm delivery undergoes an R5 ELISA gluten test to ensure it meets our industry-leading standards. Next, the oat groats are processed and packaged in our 100% gluten free facility and tested again to ensure they contain no more than 19 parts per million of gluten. That makes this product suitable for those with celiac disease, as well as a fantastic choice for anyone following a gluten free diet.
