Recommended Use: Mix ~1.5 scoops (50g) of powder with 500ml of water. Drink one serving before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. The scale included in the package makes portioning easy, but does not guarantee accurate dosing. It is recommended to use a scale to measure the exact amount.
