Dr. Oetker backin is where it all started. August oetker was a pharmacist and conducted experiments with baking powder in his laboratory. Out of these experiments eventually came the baking powder as we know it today and the company Dr. Oetker was born. Today, this baking powder is used by bakers to make dough and batter aerated. Raising agents (diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500)), starch.
Usage
Preparation:
One sachet is sufficient for 500g of flour. Mix the Backin with the sifted flour before adding other ingredients.
