A method of preparing:
Keto Brownie Cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 ⁰C (without convection).
Prepare 100g of melted, cooled butter and 2 eggs.
Put KETO mix in a bowl, add eggs, butter.
Mix until a smooth dough is obtained, using a whisk, a spoon or a mixer at the lowest speed, just a few turns of the mixer are enough not to mix.
Transfer the mass to the prepared form ("cookie cake" approx. 23 x 8 x 7 cm) lined with baking paper.
Bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Remove and leave the cake to cool completely.
Ingredients: flour (almond 38%, coconut), sweeteners: erythritol, maltitol; cocoa, sugar-free chocolate drops:
sweetener: maltitol; cocoa mass; emulsifier: soy lecithin; reduced fat cocoa powder;
natural vanilla flavor; aroma, Himalayan salt.
